The top floor has a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This has access to the villa’s well-equipped roof terrace with superb views over Kalkan bay. A fridge is also provided on this level.

The terrace has a large shaded canopy area, a private sunbathing area and a rooftop complex consisting of a third shower/WC room. The views at night, with the lights of Kalkan are simply spectacular.
