Villa Blue Harmony, is a luxury villa with 5 en-suite bedrooms, located in the quiet residential area of Kiziltas with wonderful sea views and a large private infinity swimming pool and garden area. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and has extra facilities of a games room with table tennis , pool table and exercise equipment.
Kalkan town centre and bay are less than 10 minutes’ drive or just 15-20 minutes’ walk away.

Ground Floor – Villa Blue Harmony

The villa’s open plan living area is located on this floor and consists of a lounge area with two large sofas and armchairs, flat screen tv, coffee table and an adjacent dining table which seats 8. This area opens directly onto the pool terrace and enjoys panoramic views through the two fully glazed double doors.

A modern kitchen is set to the rear in an alcove and has a breakfast bar with two bar stools. It is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave oven, water dispenser, filter coffee machine, and toaster.
The villa is also air-conditioned throughout for guest comfort and comes with complimentary wi-fi internet.

Upper Floors – Villa Blue Harmony

There is one double and one twin bedroom on each of the first and second floors, all of which have ensuite bathrooms and shared furnished balconies with stunning sea views. The rooms are spacious, light and airy.

On the top floor there is another double bedroom , again with an ensuite bathroom and access to the large furnished roof terrace and far reaching sea, bay and mountain views. An ideal spot for a bit of private sunbathing on the two sun loungers located here, or just soaking up the view and fresh air.

Outdoors – Villa Blue Harmony

Villa Harmony has a beautiful infinity pool with breathtaking panoramic sea views. The pool is some 9 x 4 metres in dimensions, depth of 1.6 metres, and is accessed by means of a step ladder.
The spacious pool terrace has plenty of room for groups of 10 and is furnished with 8 sun loungers, two large parasols and an al fresco dining area for 10 with an adjacent stone-built BBQ.

Villa Blue Harmony Notes

Villas Blue Harmony and Blue Horizon are side-by-side, almost identical villas and can accommodate up to 20 guests when rented together.
