The exterior will be renovated and modernised and an ensuit master bedroom will be added to the middle floor with 3 bedrooms.  Situated close to Elvina Apartments in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. It has stunning panoramic views of the sea and mountains from all levels, which have been capitalised upon with large windows throughout. Inside, the villa is modern, air-conditioned and tastefully furnished.

Outside, there is plenty of space for 12 people spread out on the spacious terraces.The large infinity pool is approx 10m x 5m with a luxurious jacuzzi pool at one end for pure indulgence.

There is a shaded pergola for al-fresco dining and a BBQ, plus sunbeds and parasols to relax on. To keep your fitness regime going, Villa Buse Duo has a small gym with a running machine and a games room with table tennis table.
