Villa Cecili is a stylish 5-bedroom villa in Kalkan’s Kızıltas district, on the hillside approximately 1 km above the centre of town. It has stunning sea views throughout the villa and offers excellent space and throughout every room.

It also has an unusually large amount of outdoor space for al fresco living, with a good selection of different spaces to sunbathe, relax or dine for large groups without feeling overcrowded. The heated pool option is great for low season guests too.

The villa is located on a relatively steep slope above Kalkan centre and has a parking area adjacent to the entrance area.

Ground Floor – Villa Cecili

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a very large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area with ample space for all guests. The lounge area has two sumptuous sofas and one armchair, coffee and side tables, plus a large flat screen tv.

The adjacent dining table seats 8, and the modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances that guests would need to enjoy their stay including a built-in oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.

The first of the villas five bedrooms is located on this floor, accessed directly from the lounge area, it looks out to the rear garden area and has the use of a communal cloakroom on this floor, but no bathroom. Villa Cecili also offers guests comfort & convenience with air-conditioning & wifi across the property. NB. The single bedroom (bedroom 1) does not have air-conditioning.

First Floor – Villa Cecili

On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two double and one twin. These all have en-suite shower rooms, and furnished sea view balconies. One of the doubles also has a double jacuzzi bath. They are all beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and have a lovely fresh and airy atmosphere.

Second Floor – Villa Cecili

On the top floor there is one more double bedroom, again with an en-suite shower room (with jacuzzi bath), which has access to the large roof terrace with it two sunbeds and seating area under a shady pergola – an ideal place for some more private sunbathing and/or drinking a sundowner whilst soaking in a magnificent sunset!

There is also a utility room with a small kitchen on this floor.

Bedroom 1 – Single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, window to rear garden, use of communal WC. NB. PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 – Double bed, wardrobe bedside tables, dressing table, full length mirror, en-suite shower room with twin wash-handbasins, forest shower and glass divide, large jacuzzi bath, furnished sea view balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Double bed, wardrobe bedside tables, dressing table, en-suite shower room with rain forest shower, furnished sea view balcony.

Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room with rain forest shower, furnished sea view balcony.

Bedroom 5 – Double bed, wardrobe bedside tables, dressing table, en-suite shower room, large jacuzzi bath, direct access to roof terrace.

Outdoors – Villa Cecili

Access to the large pool terrace can be from nearly everywhere on the ground floor. The large infinity pool is some 9.5 x 3.5 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.50 metres. There is also a shallow semi-circular jacuzzi pool section which can also double up as a children’s pool and has step access with a handrail.

Immediately in front of the lounge area there is a comfortable seating group composed of three large wrought iron sofas and a coffee table – an ideal spot to sip a sundowner whist taking in the villa’s spectacular sea views.

Eight sun loungers and four side tables are positioned around the pool, and a large al fresco dining table that seats 8 is located under a shady pergola adjacent to doors leading from the lounge/ kitchen/ dining area. To the rear of the pool a table tennis table had been installed for guests’ entertainment.

There is a short flight of stairs that lead to yet another comfortable seating area under a shady pergola comprising of sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Stunning panoramic views are available from all these areas, which add plenty of opportunities for unforgettable holiday memories.
