Villa Celik –  is a spacious 3-bedroom detached villla with private pool, is nicely furnished and is located on a quiet residential street in Lower Kiziltas. Set over 3 floors the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It has splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan Bay from the upper floors and limited sea views from the ground floor. 

The villa is a short walk to town and the Thursday Market, and a further 10 min walk down to the Old Town with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and harbour area. Due to the villa’s elevated location, you may prefer to take a taxi back. 

Ground Floor – Villa Celik

The spacious open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table with seating for up to 6 people. A  fridge freezer, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, kettle and coffee French press are also provided. The lounge area is furnished in a contemporary style and has two large sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table, flat screen TV and TV unit. Glass sliding doors, which allow light to flood in fusing indoor and outdoor living, lead out from the kitchen and lounge onto the pool terrace. There is also a cloakroom and WC on this level. 

First Floor – Villa Celik

The first floor has one double and one twin en-suite bedrooms. Both have air conditioning and a shared balcony with table and chairs that has fabulous sea views overlooking Kalkan and the surrounding mountains. The double bedroom has a luxurious large jacuzzi and the twin bedroom also has a juliette balcony. 

Top Floor – Villa Celik

The top floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and although there is a large roof terrace, it is currently unfurnished. There is a small utility area on this floor with a washing machine. 

Bedrooms 

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite bedroom with king size bed. Large jacuzzi and shared sea view balcony with table and chairs. 

Bedroom 2 – Twin en-suite bedroom with two single beds. Shared sea view balcony with table and chairs. 

Bedroom 3 – Double en-suite bedroom with access to the villa’s roof terrace. This has far-reaching views and is furnished with a comfortable seating group. 

Outside – Villa Celik

Villa Celik has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace and pool with step ladder access. Pool dimensions (8 x 4m, depth 1.5m). Surrounding the pool are 6 sunbeds, side tables, a double swing chair and 2 parasols. A shady dining area for six and a comfortable seating group under a shady pergola complete the setting for al fresco living in style.
