Villa Cihan is a 4 bedroom villa with private pool in the popular Ortaalan area of Kalkan, offers an easy and convenient 10-minute walk to the centre of Kalkan. Providing ample space for 8 guests, Villa Chihan offers superb amenities such as an indoor pool, a cinema room, a sauna, and table football, for the whole family to enjoy.

Ground Floor – Villa Cihan

Upon entering through a side entrance gate, you’re immediately greeted by a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features a fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, kettle, and toaster.

The dining table seats six comfortably, and sliding doors grant access to the pool terrace. The living area is comfortably furnished and also boasts a Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

First Floor – Villa Cihan

On the first floor, two double bedrooms await. The first bedroom includes an en-suite shower and sliding doors to a furnished private balcony with sea views.  The second double bedroom features a picture window and Juliette balcony with sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Cihan

The second floor provides access to the roof terrace, which offers panoramic sea views.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Cihan

This level provides all the entertainment you need and a further two bedrooms. Housing the sauna and cinema room with two small sofas, as well as a wonderful indoor pool. There is also a sofa set, slide and swing for children and table football. To save a trip upstairs to the kitchen, there’s a kitchen bar with bar chairs, fridge and sink. The washing machine is also located on this level.

Ideal for teenagers is a twin en-suite shower room with wardrobe and dressing table. There is a further double en-suite bedroom with access through glass doors to the indoor pool which has 4 sunloungers and ladder step access.

Outside – Villa Cihan

The pool is an L-shaped pool with a ladder at one end and a shallow area with two submerged sun loungers at the other. Sun loungers and parasols adorn the poolside.

There is a dining table to seat 8 people under a pergola providing shade, as well as a BBQ. Comfortable seating and swing seat are provided for you to relax and enjoy the views. At the rear of the villa is an outside shower.
