A delightful 5 bedroom villa in a great central, and flat, location of Kalkan. Villa Daniele is an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, and even less to the nearest supermarket.   

The villa sleeps 9 (8 in beds, 1 on a sofa bed in own room). All the bedrooms are en-suite, so no need for sharing. Each room is also fully air conditioned, and there is an L-shaped pool outside, brick built BBQ, outside dining for 8 and well-kept surrounding terraces and gardens. Plus there is a lovely plunge pool on the roof terrace. 

Ground Floor – Villa Daniele 

Up a short flight of steps from the road to the villa entrance, the villa opens out into the living space consisting of open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen incorporates a breakfast bar with stools, dishwasher, and all the usual kitchen appliances. There is also a dining area with table to seat 6. The generous lounge incorporates an L-shaped sofa, and opens out onto the poolside terraces. 

A lovely feature of Villa Daniele is the ground floor double en-suite bedroom with access to the rear of the villa and terraces. 

 First Floor – Villa Daniele

On the first floor of Villa Daniele are the majority of the bedrooms. There are two double en-suite bedrooms plus a single en-suite. Please note – the single bedroom consists of a single sofa bed.

Second Floor – Villa Daniele

At the top of the villa is the final bedroom, which is a twin en-suite. This bedroom has a small Playstation area with screen. It opens out onto a fabulous roof terrace with plunge pool. Please note, this bedroom has a sloping ceiling so height restrictions may apply.

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite shower room with door leading to outside/rear of villa. (Ground floor) 

Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, furnished balcony, sea views. (First floor)

Bedroom 4 – Double en-suite shower room, furnished balcony, sea views. (First floor) 

Bedroom 5 – Twin en-suite bedroom (sloping roof, height restrictions may apply), Playstation area with sofa and screen, furnished roof terrace with plunge pool,  limited sea views. (Top floor)  

Outside – Villa Daniele

The outside of Villa Daniele has an L-shaped pool, 10 sunbeds, and to the side of the villa is a table to seat 8. A brick built BBQ and sink completes the outside dining facilities. 

The furnished roof terrace is a great space, and has a fabulous plunge pool feature.
