The ground floor has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and owing to the floor to ceiling windows, the property is flooded with natural light which adds to the spacious feel of the villa.

The villa has a well-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave 

The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area. 

First Floor – Villa Dolluca

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each having access to a spacious balcony. This features a comfortable seating area with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands, making it a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a sundowner before heading out to dinner.

Bedroom 2 – Double bedroom, air-conditioned, spacious sea view balcony. There is a further shower room on this floor for use by this bedroom.  There is a utility area in bathroom with washing machine and access to a small balcony for drying clothes 

 Outside – Villa Dolluca 

The villa has a good-sized pool (7m x 4m approx.) with Roman steps allowing easy descent into the pool. The terrace area extends to incorporate a decked platform with comfortable seating and stunning sea views. This also overlooks a well-established garden, planted with lemon, orange and mandarin trees. 

 Also on the terrace, is an al-fresco  dining area, a shaded gazebo which is the perfect spot to unwind and relax with a book and a glass of wine. There is also a stone built BBQ if you fancy the full Turkish cooking experience.
