Villa Eleni is a delightful 3-bedroom family villa, built over three floors with a good-sized pool, a lovely shaded garden area perfect for relaxing, as well as a sea view furnished roof terrace. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, Villa Eleni provides a comfortable holiday villa both inside and out. Each room sending out a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home.

Ground Floor – Villa Eleni

On the ground floor is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, each with direct access out to the pool terrace. The lounge area is spacious and comfortably furnished and includes an L-shaped sofa, ornate fireplace, coffee table and smart TV with Netflix (own account required). The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a dining table and chairs that comfortably seats 6 people.

First Floor – Villa Eleni

The first floor has two en-suite bedrooms with Juliet balconies, plus a large shared balcony with wonderful views of the sea and the islands, where you can sit with a sundowner.

Top Floor – Villa Eleni

The twin roof-top bedroom has access to a separate bathroom. There is also a roof terrace with sofa seating to watch those beautiful sunsets and stunning sea views and of Kalkan Bay. All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that this room has sloping ceilings, and some height restrictions may apply. The curtains are also shear and therefore you may experience early morning sun.

Outside – Villa Eleni

Outside there is a 4m x 8m (2m deep) pool, terrace with six sun loungers and parasols.  The terrace, has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining with a BBQ. Surrounding the villa are lovely mature garden borders, providing natural shade and screening.
