Villa Elite is a magnificent 5 bedroom villa situated in Ortaalan, Kalkan. The villa features ultra-modern design with a solid black-and-white colour scheme both inside and out, and it boasts incredible sea views from every angle.

This striking contemporary villa has 3 floors, five ultra-luxe bedrooms, and a total of 6 bathrooms with one cloakroom in the living room, accommodating up to 10 guests. On the lower ground floor, there is a new indoor pool (not heated), a games area, and a private cinema space, which are all excellent new features.

Location wise it’s a 15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, or a shorter, flatter walk to Kalamar which has some lovely restaurants and hotels to enjoy. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and there is free Wi-Fi.

The lounge area is also the perfect place to unwind after a long day in the sun, with multiple seating groups, a TV, a DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table.

The ultra-modern kitchen is finished with sleek black units and a breakfast bar, and comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, and hob. All the utensils required for a self-catering break are also provided, making meal preparation and dining an effortless experience. An indoor dining table for six and four luxurious bar stools at the kitchen island provide indoor dining space for ten guests.

Villa Elite’s pool terrace is perfect for outdoor relaxation with a private infinity pool, with an integrated shallow end and mosaic steps for safe entry, measuring 4m by17m and 1.60m deep. Wooden pergolas provide shade to an alfresco dining area for 10 and a comfortable seating group on each side of the pool and 10 sun loungers and 2 large parasols complete the sunbathing area.
