The well-equipped stylish kitchen has all the essential appliances, including a built in electric oven and microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and kettle.

The first double bedroom with adjacent shower room is located on this level. The bedroom has direct access out onto the pool terrace via sliding doors. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with stool.

There are two further double bedrooms on this level. The first double has an en-suite shower room and within the room a built-in wardrobe with a dressing table and stool. A glass door leads to the shared balcony with a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table.

The second double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and within the room a built in wardrobe with a dressing table with stool. A glass door leads to the shared balcony on one side of the room and on the other, sliding doors lead to an elevated seating area with sea views.

At the top of the stairs is a glass door that leads to out to the roof terrace which is furnished with a comfy sofa set and has views across the town towards Kalkan Bay.

The fourth double bedroom is also on this level with a built-in wardrobe and a basin with mirror within the room. There is a separate WC with door and sliding glass doors provide access to the ‘in-room’ shower.  Glass picture windows provide views of the town and mountains.

Outside Villa Fey

The villa is surrounded by mature plants and trees which provide privacy from neighbouring properties. The villa has a garden area, and a shaded outdoor dining table and chairs for those alfresco meals.

The pool is square in shape and has steps leading into the water.  There are 10 mesh sun loungers spaced around the pool and grassed area with side tables and two parasols. Pool Dimensions: 7m* 5m * 1.6m

There is a raised veranda area with seating, and a lovely shaded area with entertainment facilities.
