Villa Figen is a contemporary five-bedroom villa in the beautiful setting of Kalamar Bay, sleeping up to 10 guests and enjoying wonderful views across the Mediterranean and surrounding islands.

Set in a peaceful, elevated position, the villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor living, a private swimming pool, generous sun terraces and a fabulous roof terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi. Kalamar Beach Club and Lures Beach Club are among the nearby options for enjoying the waterfront, while Kalkan town centre, harbour and Old Town are easily reached by car or taxi.

Bright, modern interiors and large floor-to-ceiling windows make the most of the beautiful sea views, while five en-suite bedrooms provide plenty of space for families and groups holidaying together.

Lower Ground Floor

Steps lead down to a shaded terrace where guests can enjoy a game of pool, providing an additional area for relaxing and entertainment away from the main pool terrace.

The ground floor is largely open-plan, with a spacious living, dining and kitchen area designed to make the most of Villa Figen’s wonderful sea views.

The comfortable lounge faces large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace, allowing plenty of natural light into the villa and creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Alongside the lounge is an indoor dining area, while the contemporary kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay with modern appliances and plenty of preparation and storage space.

Also on this level is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The first floor has three bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – all with their own en-suite bathrooms.

Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony with glass balustrades, designed to make the most of the beautiful views across Kalamar Bay and the Mediterranean.

Top Floor

The top floor is home to the master double bedroom, which has its own en-suite bathroom and access directly onto the furnished roof terrace.

The bedroom has an apex roof, so there is some restricted headroom in places.

The furnished roof terrace is one of Villa Figen’s standout spaces, enjoying fabulous panoramic views across Kalamar Bay, the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains.

A private outdoor Jacuzzi provides a lovely place to relax and take in the views, while sun loungers offer another peaceful spot for enjoying the sunshine away from the main pool terrace.

Outside

Villa Figen offers extensive private outdoor space designed around its wonderful elevated position and panoramic sea views.

The main terrace centres around the private swimming pool, which includes a shallow lounging area and integrated Jacuzzi section. Sun loungers and parasols provide plenty of space for relaxing around the pool.

A sunken pool bar adds a fun feature to the terrace, while comfortable seating, an al fresco dining area and BBQ provide plenty of choice for spending long summer days and evenings outside.

The roof terrace provides another private outdoor area, complete with its own Jacuzzi and far-reaching views across the bay.

Villa Figen is well positioned for enjoying Kalamar, with Kalamar Beach Club and Lures Beach Club among the nearby waterfront options. Kalkan also offers a wide choice of beach clubs around the bay, while the restaurants, shops, cobbled streets and harbour of the Old Town are easily reached by car or taxi.
