GROUND FLOOR  – VILLA FINA

Natural stone floor tiles throughout help maintain a cool interior under the Kalkan sun. There is a modern kitchen which is well equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven with hob and dishwasher. Villa Fina has a spacious, airy lounge that seats six people comfortably, with satellite TV with many English channels, and several Bluetooth speakers for music lovers. A WC can also be found on this level.

Two patio doors lead out to the two terraces, the first of which provides an alfresco dining area with marble table and chairs, and sofa set, and the second is the pool terrace accessed by just a few steps, which is furnished with 3 parasols and 6 luxury sun loungers. Both terraces overlook the whole of Kalkan Bay and have wonderful sea and mountains views.

FIRST FLOOR – VILLA FINA

A double and a twin bedroom are located on this floor, both of which have an en-suite shower room, and access to furnished balconies with spectacular views across Kalkan. The double bedroom en-suite also houses the washing machine.

SECOND FLOOR – VILLA FINA

On this floor the master bedroom can be found, with a walk in en-suite wet room, and access to the private furnished roof terrace with magnificent sea views.

BEDROOMS – VILLA FINA

Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed, en-suite housing the washing machine, furnished balcony with wonderful sea views.
Bedroom 2 – Two single size beds, en-suite, furnished balcony with wonderful sea views.
Bedroom 3 – Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in wet room en-suite, private furnished roof terrace with wonderful sea views.

OUTDOORS – VILLA FINA

Villa Fina has a spacious outdoor space set over two levels. The first level leads off the living space, and has a comfortable seating area, and al-fresco dining area with barbecue, there is also a garden area with fruit trees which guests can help themselves to. A few steps lead down to the 26sqm pool which is accessed by handrail steps, and sunbeds with parasols adorn the pool.  Villa Fina is an ideal property for families or a group of friends.
