Villa Golden Lotus: Ground Floor

The ground floor is open plan and incorporates spacious living areas. The lounge area comfortably seats six people on a combination of chairs and sofas. The TV has a HDMI port should you wish to bring a firestick with you for all your favourite television programmes or console for games.

The modern kitchen incorporates all the appliances you would expect, with built-in oven, microwave, hob, water cooler and a filter coffee machine.

A utility room incorporates the washing machine and there is also a separate tumble dryer too.

Villa Golden Lotus First Floor:

On the first floor are the two double en-suite bedrooms which are very large and spacious. There is a 2-seater sofa as well as a King-size bed. One bathroom incorporates a jacuzzi bath, while the other has a separate shower cubicle.

Villa Golden Lotus Top Floor:

The top floor houses a twin en-suite bedroom with a superb roof terrace style balcony. This really is an amazing area as you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. Furnished with 2 sunbeds, a comfy seating arrangement and an egg-chair, this is a great area to unwind

Villa Golden Lotus Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – Double en-suite bedroom (king size bed), with modern furnishings, air-conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. Sliding patio doors opening out onto furnished balcony.

Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite bedroom, with modern furnishings, air-conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. Sliding patio doors leading out onto the furnished balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Twin en-suite bedroom, with modern furnishings, air-conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. Sliding patio doors leading out onto the large roof terrace style balcony with 2 sunbeds, comfy seating and egg-chair.

Villa Golden Lotus Outside:

The outside area has a 10m x 3m pool which is 1.5m deep. The surrounding pool terraces offer plenty of space to chill and relax on one of the 6 sunbeds, or read a book on the comfy seating. There is also a BBQ and table and chairs under a pergola for shade, to seat 6.

There is private off-road parking for the villa for two cars. The nearest beach club is Kalamar Bay which is a 5-10 minute walk.
