The outside space is plentiful and features a swimming pool, sun loungers, covered seating area, and dining table with barbecue. The upper floor of this tastefully furnished villa includes a jacuzzi bath, and roof terrace with wonderful sea views.

Kitchen:
The bright and spacious kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. This includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, water dispenser, dining table, kitchen island, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room:
The beautifully designed living room includes comfortable seating, TV, DVD player, and a fireplace. The living room opens onto the pool terrace, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience.

Single bedroom and downstairs bathroom (with fold up bed if required, for an extra person making 14 people in total).

A double and twin bedroom are located on this floor, and both have ensuite bathrooms and juliette balconies to enjoy the mountain and partial sea views.

SECOND FLOOR – Villa Grande

On this floor are three further bedrooms, two double and one twin, again each with ensuite bathrooms and juliette balconies with sea views.

TOP FLOOR – Villa Grande

On this floor is a kitchenette, very large shower room and jacuzzi bath, separate wc, and a wonderful roof terrace with excellent sea views. On the roof terrace is a breakfast bar and 4 stools, perfect for enjoying a sundowner.

Villa Grande Kalkan has an impressive outdoor space. The outdoor pool has roman steps entering into it, and the pool terrace has an al fresco dining area, a shady seating area adjacent to the pool, and plenty of sunbeds, parasols, and a barbecue.
