Although the villa is in a fantastic central location, the outside area with small private pool, sunbeds and dining area to seat 4 guests, is secluded.

Inside, there is a spacious open plan living area and modern kitchen equipped with all your kitchen appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle and microwave. The cosy lounge area is furnished with comfortable lounge seating, air-conditioning, TV, coffee table and has direct access to the courtyard style pool area with outside dining. If you hav a Netflix account, you can access all your favourite programes with the villa’s smart TV. The sofa also converts into a sofa bed, should you need a little extra space.

Bedroom 1- Double Master bedroom with en-suite. Furnished with full length mirror wardrobe, vanity table, air-conditioning, bed-side tables, and night lights plus access to balcony with sea views over Kalkan Old town and bay.

The outside courtyard has a small private pool (approximately 4m x 2m), 4 sunbeds, dining area with table and chairs to seat 4 guests, plus an outside shower. Turn right out the villa and you are a mere few metres from the popular Old Street and restaurants.
