With superb unobstructed sea views over Kalamar Bay and stretching back towards Kalkan harbour, plus private pool and terrace, it is ideal for families and groups of friends.  (Due to the position and number of steps, this property is not really suitable for those with mobility difficulties).

Ground Floor – Villa Hillside

The entrance to Villa Hillside is accessed by 27 steps down to the property, and once inside has a spacious light and airy open plan living feel. The kitchen comprises of an integrated electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge-freezer, kettle and UK toaster. There is a dining area adjacent with table and seating for 8 people.

The 3 steps down from the dining area lead into the lounge. With floor to ceiling large glass sliding doors, the views from the comfortable lounge area look out across the pool and out to stunning sea views. The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a TV unit incorporating a smart TV.

On this level there is also a utility area which incorporates a washing machine, iron, ironing board, full length mirror, and adjacent is a guest WC.

First Floor – Villa Hillside

A staircase with handrail leads up to the first floor which is dedicated to three en-suite bedrooms, two double and one twin bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a side sea view, bedroom 2 has a garden view and bedroom 3 has full sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Hillside

A staircase with handrail leads to the second floor dedicated to the fourth double en-suite bedroom, with large balcony and stunning sea views.

Bedroom 3 – Three steps down into the Master double en-suite glass fronted shower room with Rain Forest shower and jacuzzi bath, king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cot, sliding doors to the balcony with fabulous sea views.

Bedroom 4 – Double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower and picture window, king size bed, wardrobe. The en-suite is just next door on the landing and there is a jacuzzi bath in the bedroom offering fabulous sea views. Access to a large sea view roof terrace is gained through a door from the bedoom.

Outside – Villa Hillside

Leading out from the lounge a good-sized terrace with infinity pool measuring 9 x 4.5m (1.6m deep) with ladder steps, and a large jacuzzi with walk in steps and superb sea views can be found, together with outside shower.

There is plenty of space to relax with 8 rattan sunbeds and 4 side tables, 4 parasols, comfortable seating and a swing seat for 2 people. A covered pergola with table and chairs seating 8 people and built-in bbq offer an alfresco dining experience.

There is off road parking for multiple cars.
