Access to the villa – An off-road parking space is available at the front of the villa. From this point, gated steps provide a route through a front garden with various plants and trees to the main entrance.

Villa Jibreel – Ground floor (entrance level)

Upon entering Villa Jibreel, guests are welcomed by a spacious hallway that leads directly into the elegantly appointed lounge area. To the right, the lounge is enhanced by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors showcasing sea views and admitting abundant natural light. Furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, this space provides an ideal setting for relaxation.

Entertainment is provided by a 4K smart TV with a Firestick, offering guests access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. A small balcony off the lounge presents an inviting space to enjoy morning coffee at the bistro-style table and chairs.

Adjacent to the lounge, a set of sliding doors opens onto a generous dining terrace furnished with a marble-topped table that accommodates up to ten guests, making it well-suited for al fresco dining with scenic views. The area benefits from the shade offered by a pergola overhead.

Additionally, a WC with sink can be found just off the lounge area.

The separate kitchen, located behind the lounge/hallway, also opens onto the dining terrace through French windows. Modern and fully equipped, it includes a large fridge-freezer, oven & hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

From the hallway, steps lead down to the lower pool level, and up to the first-floor accommodation

Villa Jibeel – Pool level accommodation

A corridor on this level contains storage cupboards and a family shower room that is used by both bedrooms. The corridor also has a side door leading directly to the side pool terrace.

Double Bedroom

The villa’s largest bedroom offers a king-size bed, bedside tables, double wardrobe, vanity with LED mirror, and a small desk should anyone need workspace. A 4K Smart TV above the desk features international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Sliding glass doors on two sides lead directly to the pool terrace for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Twin/King Bedroom

This flexible room includes twin single beds that can be configured as a king-size bed upon request. Furnished with a double wardrobe, bedside table, and vanity unit, the room also features large sliding glass doors that lead straight onto the pool terrace

Villa Jibeel – First Floor Accommodation

Master Bedroom

This room offers a double bed with bedside tables, and a triple wardrobe featuring an integrated vanity unit and mirror, as well as an armchair. The en-suite shower room ensures comfort and privacy. A private balcony, furnished with a bistro-style table and chairs, provides sea views.

Double Bedroom

Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a double wardrobe & vanity unit, this bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a private balcony with sea views, furnished with a bistro table and chairs. A large jeweller-style safe is securely located in this room.

Stairs lead up from the first floor to the top floor

Kitchenette & Laundry Area

This level features a convenient kitchenette with an under-counter fridge—perfect for keeping drinks chilled for sunset drinks on the roof terrace. A washing machine and drying rack are also located here for guest use.

Twin Bedroom

The twin bedroom on this level is bright and welcoming, furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and built-in sliding cupboards. A large picture window offers wonderful views across Kalamar Bay (NB – the window includes a child-safety feature for added peace of mind)

There is a shower room located next to the twin bedroom.

Roof Terrace

The roof terrace, accessible directly from the kitchenette, serves as a wonderful feature of Villa Jibreel. Guests are invited to appreciate the superb panoramic sea vistas while relaxing on the L-shaped sofa accompanied by a coffee table, all under the shelter of a shaded pergola.

Additional amenities include two sunbeds for leisure and a bistro-style table with chairs, providing an ideal setting for enjoying refreshments in the evening.

Outside area of Villa Jibreel – Pool Terrace

The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in the corner, providing easy access for all ages. Around the pool, you’ll find 10 sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table—ideal for relaxing out of the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, refresh under the outdoor shower, or cook up a feast on the free-standing BBQ.

Pool heating is also available, if required, during the cooler months (an additional charge applies for this).

Traditional stone walls and decorative panels provide a sense of privacy, while mature plants and trees in the surrounding flower beds add a lush, tranquil feel. Stone steps lead up from the pool terrace to the villa’s main entrance.
