Villa Joy is a 4 bedroom villa suitable for 8 people just off the Kalamar Road, and an easy 10 minute walk into town or, in the other direction, down to Kalamar Bay. Locally, restaurants such as Porcini, Brothers, Aqua, and the new hotel Payava are all within a short walk. There are three supermarkets within  0.5km  and the famous Nur and Hakan hammam at the hotel Elixir is just a few steps away. The location is perfect to easily access the best of what Kalkan has to offer.

Villa Joy has been recently refurbished with the addition of a new kitchen in 2021. The villa spans three floors with bedrooms that are large, light and airy with large windows or a balcony terrace (Two doubles and two twin rooms each with own shower/wet room).

It is the outside space that really appeals to us. The entrance gate to Villa Joy opens up on to a large, beautifully planted terrace, with  a large pool (11.5m x 4m with steps for easy access and pool heating, if needed in the cooler months). There is an adjacent relaxing whirlpool, plus there are lots of additional spaces to sunbathe, enjoy al fresco dining (there is a stone BBQ), enjoy the views across to both Kalkan and Kalamar bays, watch the sunset over the mountains, play table tennis or read quietly in the shade.

Villa Joy has been furnished with light and bright soft furnishings and splashes of colour from artworks by local artists.

The open plan living area also makes good use of space and provides a TV, games console with a selection of games, and Apple TV to allow streaming. USB points are in all rooms and we provide complimentary internet. For your security, there is an alarm system and also two safes to secure your valuables.

Lower Ground – Villa Joy

The lower ground floor houses two bedrooms, a spacious twin and beautifully appointed master bedroom, both of which have large patio windows opening onto a charmingly private patio garden. The patio outside leads to the games area with table tennis and darts board, shaded by a canopy if the sun is too much. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite with jacuzzi bath, while, across the hall from the twin bedroom, there is a separate large wet-room

Ground Floor – Villa Joy

The ground floor features a spacious living area. A lovely, airy sitting room offers wonderful views of Kalamar Bay. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar and the dining area looks out over the outside terrace. Large glass doors from this area lead out onto the pool terrace and patio.

First Floor – Villa Joy

The remaining two bedrooms, situated at the top of the house on the first floor, both with feature ceilings, comprise of a large double, with en-suite shower room and a wraparound balcony, and a another twin bedroom with its own wet-room. These rooms both have stunning views.

The pool terrace is beautifully planted with olive trees, bougainvillea, lemon trees and other beautiful plants. The terrace is spacious and allows movement of your sunbed to ensure you get sunshine all day long. Outside there is a parking garage for your hire car should you need one.
