Villa July Description

Ground Floor – Villa July

The open plan ground floor comprises a large lounge with two comfortable large sofas, single armchair, coffee table & TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, well connected to the exterior areas via large sliding windows. The tasteful decor is beautifully enhanced by splashes of flattering colour in the soft furnishings creating a distinctive and sophisticated holiday retreat.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with breakfast bar, and bar stool seating for two, a fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. There is a separate dining area for eight within the lounge. Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace and al fresco dining area.

The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors, and has an en-suite shower room.

There is also a cloak room and W/C on this level.

First Floor – Villa July

From the lounge stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three spacious en-suite bedrooms, two of which are double, and one is a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and furnished sea view balconies

Second Floor – Villa July

The master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to jaw-dropping sea views from the private furnished roof terrace, with its own seating group.

Outside – Villa July

The outside spaces are well thought out and ideal for summer living. There is easy access to the large private pool. 12 x 4 metres (1.55 metres deep) via the roman steps in the corner. There is also a good-sized children’s pool and an additional shallow section. The pool is surrounded by plentiful sunbeds and parasols for soaking up the rays.

The generous al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, as is another comfortable seating area located near the edge of the pool terrace. There is a stone-built BBQ located to the side of the terrace.

Other

It is a 15 min walk down into town, or a 5 minute taxi ride, to the shops, restaurants and Thursday market, and not much further to the harbour and beach areas. A great location if you want some peace away from it all, but with easy access to all the pleasures Kalkan has to offer.
