Villa Kalology is a fabulous 3 bedroom villa in Kiziltas, Kalkan. With lovely sea views from all levels, the villa is bright and airy throughout. All the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms own a balcony. Outside, the private pool is salt water so no chemicals and is surrounded by a pool terrace with shaded ottoman seating area.

Ground Floor – Villa Kalology

Prior to entering the villa, there is off-street parking. Upon entering, there is a lovely open plan living area incorporating the lounge, kitchen and dining area.

In the lounge there are 2 large sofas plus an armchair providing plenty of seating for six guests. The Smart TV with Firestick, allows you to access UK channels (pay-per-view channels ie Netflix requires you to have your own account). Access to the outside pool area is from the lounge.

The modern kitchen is well stocked, and incorporates all the usual appliances including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. There is also a water cooler. The washing machine is on the top floor.

The dining area has a table and seating for 6 people. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

First Floor

Incorporating both a master double en-suite bedroom with king-size bed, and also the twin en-suite bedroom. The twin beds can be pushed together to form a double if needed.

Top Floor

There is a further and final en-suite bedroom, with a door to the roof terrace which has spectacular view across Kalkan. The washing machine is also on this floor.

Outside

What is nice about this area is it has a salt-water pool so no harsh chemicals, and roman steps leading into it. The surrounding terrace has plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas, and double swing seat, as well as a large outdoor dining area with shaded pergola. A further ottoman style seating area is ideal for lounging or napping whilst taking in the sea views.
