With a private pool complete with pool heating for cooler months, large patio/sun terrace area, this is a lovely place to relax in especially as you are surrounded by mature gardens with their very own fruit trees. The whole area feels very secluded and private. There is plenty of space for 8 people to relax around the pool on hot sunny days or enjoy the cool evening breeze and sea views from the roof terrace.

From the entrance level, the villa has open plan living areas which make Villa Kirmizi Lale spacious and airy. The modern kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, plus dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 8 people.

The large open plan lounge with log burning stove for the cooler months has comfortable sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor.

First Floor – Villa Kirmizi Lale

On this level, there’s a master bedroom with large en-suite, walk in shower and double wash basins. Tastefully furnished and having its own access to a large balcony,  it’s a great place to unwind after a day of sun. The second bedroom on this level is furnished to the same standard with the en-suite also having a full size bath and access to the balcony shared with the master bedroom.

Second Floor – Villa Kirmizi Lale

On this level are a further 2 bedrooms, bedroom 3 is a beautiful large family room equipped with a king-size bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table, with an adjacent refurbished bathroom. Bedroom 4 has two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms share a lovely balcony affording stunning views of the town and bay.

The delightful seating area on the very top terrace has 4 comfy sofas where you can enjoy a peaceful drink and take in the stunning views of the town and bay. It also features a marble bar with 4 bar stools overlooking the sea and harbour, and a kitchenette with marble worktop, cupboard containing crockery, and housing a fridge to keep your drinks cool.

These are situated next to the very pretty private swimming pool (approx 7m x 5m) with walk-in roman steps. Better still, this villa is perfect for holidays in the cooler months thanks to pool heating (at additional cost if required)

There is a raised shady pergola area with comfy seating and soft lighting for evening chilling and drinks. For some alfresco dining there is a small portable barbecue, a large industrial barbecue and for complete relaxation, there are two hammocks in the beautiful gardens, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking Kalkan
