Steps takes you from the entrance gate at road level up to the games floor level where you can play snooker and table tennis whilst still enjoying the panoramic Mediterranean sea views.  On this level there are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

Another short flight of steps takes you to a breath-taking terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, shaded comfortable seating, an alfresco dining area with stone BBQ and a fabulous swimming pool.

Inside the villa, the spacious open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen has huge sliding doors which open to bring the outside in.  On this level there is also a separate utility room with washing machine, a downstairs wc and shower.  Also, a large twin bedroom with en-suite and sliding doors opening onto the terrace.

Upstairs you will find three stunning double bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms (one also has a bath as well as the wet room style shower) and private balconies.  On this level there is also a smaller bedroom with bunk beds.  This room is perfect for children, but as the beds are full size and with the additional shower room downstairs it could easily accommodate adults.

On the top floor of this amazing property you will find a small kitchenette, a wc and a roof terrace like no other with a raised Turkish style shaded seating area from which to lie back and watch the sea, the sky and the stars!

The unusual shaped pool is roughly 7.7m x 7.6m at the widest point and 2.6m at the narrowest (1.4m deep), and is on the side of the villa which can be accessed directly from the kitchen. A comfortable seating area overlooks the terraces out to sea, and there are sun-beds and umbrellas too.
