Inside, the ground floor has an open plan lounge, modern spacious kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are spread across the first, second and roof level floors. This includes a master double bedroom  with access to the roof terrace and spectacular views of the sea, harbour and Old Town area.

On entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a comfortable open-plan living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing anything from breakfast snacks to a full dinner. This includes large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and kettle. The washing machine can also be found in the kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an indoor dining table and 6 chairs should you prefer indoor dining. Next to this is the comfortable lounge area. Doors open out onto the pool terrace from the kitchen area. For your entertainment the living room has large flat screen satellite TV (limited English channels). The villa also enjoys air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout.

The first floor has a a double en-suite bedroom with a private balcony, plus a twin bedroom, also with a balcony, and separate shower room.

Second Floor – Villa Kulla

On the second floor is a twin en-suite bedroom with private balcony which enjoys beautiful sea views.

On the roof level you will find a large master en-suite double bedroom with bags of space. The room has direct access onto the large roof top terrace with spectacular sea views. From this terrace you can see the Old Town and harbour while enjoying some privacy – the perfect spot to enjoy the your breakfast coffee or sundowner tipple from.

The pool terrace has plenty of sunbeds for relaxing, plus table tennis if you fancy getting a bit more active.
There is also a comfortable seating area with coffee table, plus an alfresco dining area and 6 chairs. Should you want alfresco cooking to go with it, there is a BBQ for guest use.
