This wonderful villa has a private infinity pool and is ideal for families or friends looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. Villa La Mer is in the Kördere area of Kalkan, close to amenities, and with just a 6-minute drive to central Kalkan, and a 12-minute drive to the famous Kaputaş Beach.

Ground Floor – Villa La Mer

The villa benefits from a spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area, and the floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to flood into Villa La Mer which help to maximise the views and enjoy the infamous Kalkan sunsets.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, integrated electric oven & microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, water cooler, kettle and toaster. There is a large dining table with seating for 8 guests.

The lounge area has an L-shaped sofa offering plenty of comfortable seating, with a 50” Smart TV and Sound System & DVD Player, plus an electrical fireplace in the lounge. Doors from the living area lead out onto the villa’s pool terrace. For additional comfort and convenience, Villa La Mer has air-conditioning and wifi throughout.

The first of the villa’s stylish en-suite bedrooms can also be found on this level, this is a twin bedroom which has direct access to the pool terrace. The en-suite features a rain forest shower and jacuzzi bath with picture window.

On this level there is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board.

First Floor – Villa La Mer

Stairs leads up to the first floor where you will find two double en-suite bedrooms, each with their own balconies and fabulous sea views. Both bedrooms have a rain forest shower and jacuzzi bath with picture window.

Also on this level is a further double bedroom, with Super King size bed, which if needed, can be converted into two separate single beds. This bedroom also has an en-suite with rain forest shower and jacuzzi bath, and an amazing Kalkan Sea view. Unusually, all bedrooms feature a 32” Led TV for some relaxed evening viewing.

Outside – Villa La Mer

The large pool terrace has an infinity pool measuring approximately 12 x 5.25m and 1.5m deep with ladder steps. The pool features a shallow sun lounger area perfect for sunbathing and keeping cool, a children’s pool area, as well as a 2.5 x 2m jacuzzi section. Ample parasols and sunbeds adorn the pool and there is also an outdoor shower.

A covered pergola with seating and BBQ provides the perfect al-fresco dining experience, and a comfortable sofa seating set is also provided to enjoy the magnificent views over the bay. To the rear of the property a table tennis table can be found for all to enjoy.

A car is essential due to the location of this villa, and the villa is approached by several descending steps which may be unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.
