The Villa is just a 5-minute stroll to the Kalamar Beach Club, which offers a variety of water activities, perfect for the young at heart, and an opportunity to swim in the calm warm waters of Kalamar Bay. Ideal for families and larger groups, looking for beautiful places to relax in. There are also a number of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

A 5 minute taxi ride or a 25 minutes’ walk brings you into the historic harbour town of Kalkan. The quaint centre is a treasure trove of narrow streets, whitewashed Ottoman style houses and cobbled streets. with an abundance of interesting shops, sophisticated restaurants, stylish bars and cafes.

Ground Floor – Villa Lena

Upon entering the villa, the ground floor has a spacious open plan living area with a sitting room, kitchen,and dining area. There is plenty of comfortable seating, plus a wood burning fire for the cooler months, a large flat screen TV with DVD player. Sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.The dining table comfortably accommodates six people, and there is a guest cloakroom adjacent to the villa’s entrance. The villa offers the convenience of complimentary wi-fi throughout and for guest comfort, all living and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

First Floor – Villa Lena

On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with en-suite bathrooms and a shared balcony overlooking Kalamar Bay. The double bedroom sits at the front of the villa, which is semi-circular and has floor to ceiling windows. Sliding doors lead to the communal balcony, which has a table and two chairs for each bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a built-in bath and a separate shower, and it boasts a gorgeous view of the bay below.

The 2nd bedroom on the first floor has twin beds and an en-suite shower room and also has access onto the shared balcony with it’s own table & chairs. All bedrooms have wardrobes with full length mirrors, dressing tables, and hair dryers.

Second Floor – Villa Lena

There are two double bedrooms on this floor. The double bedroom to the front includes semi-circular windows and a sliding door leading to the communal balcony that wraps around the entire front elevation. The corner bath in the en suite bathroom includes an integrated shower.

The 2nd bedroom on this floor is another double bedroom which has an en suite shower room and glass doors leading to the shared furnished balcony.

Outside – Villa Lena

The villa’s private pool is filled with fresh water so ideal for guests with sensitive skin. It is 5 m x 3.5 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.6 metres. There is a ladder to enter it and is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols.

There is a built-in Barbecue and seating for 8 people at the shaded outdoor dining table with seating for 8.

A covered seating area with a comfy sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and table football is located at the back of the house and provides a tranquil setting for a bit of R&R.
