Villa Mare Mare is a beautifully sophisticated holiday villa located in the Kordere district of Kalkan, perched on the hillside above the main town. This ensures the villa boasts jaw-dropping sea and sunset views. There is a very tastefully modern open-plan living area and a private pool that is secluded from the outside. It is the perfect holiday location for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a very private environment.

The villa has three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six guests. The property is just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance of the villa. The entry to the villa is up a flight of steps leading from the private car park suitable for 2 vehicles.

Ground Floor – Villa Mare Mare

On the ground floor, there is a large living/kitchen/dining space with full height glazing that provides direct access to the pool terrace and maximises the stunning sea views. The furnishings are modern and contemporary, and include a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen smart TV.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances including a fridge, built-in oven, microwave oven, Turkish toaster, kettle, Turkish and filtre coffee machines, and water dispenser. The breakfast bar has a built-in gas hob, two bar stools and there is an adjacent dining table for 6.

An en-suite twin bedroom with a flat-screen TV and en-suite shower room with a rainforest shower and glass screen is located on the ground floor of the property. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors, and superb sea views. There is also a separate cloakroom adjacent to the villa’s entrance where the washing machine is located.

First Floor – Villa Mare Mare

The first floor has two double en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom on this floor is absolutely stunning and has a king-size bed, a free-standing circular  jacuzzi bath with sea views, a furnished sea view balcony which runs the length of the property, flat-screen TV, luxurious large dressing area and shower room with twin wash hand basins and a rainforest shower.

The second double bedroom has a king-size bed, a free-standing jacuzzi bath with sea views, a furnished sea view balcony which runs the length of the property, an armchair, flat-screen TV, and a luxurious shower room with a rainforest shower.

Outdoors – Villa Mare Mare

The outdoor area of Mare Mare is truly magnificent, with stunning sea views and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. In addition to the sunbathing area and private pool, there’s also a shaded dining area and a BBQ, making it the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dining with family and friends.

The infinity pool is a fantastic feature of the villa, and is secluded from outside. Measuring 10 by 3.5 metres and 1.55 metres in depth, it is entered by means of steps (no handrail).

The pool terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers, 2 large parasols, a comfortable seating group, a hammock, outdoor shower, dining area for 6 under a shady pergola with adjacent barbeque and sink area.
