Villa Mare  Monte – This spacious 2-bedroom detached villa is located on a quiet residential street in Kiziltas with a private pool, a rooftop jacuzzi and a sauna, making this a more luxurious option for small families or couples. Set over 3 floors the villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests. It has splendid sea and mountain views over Kalkan Bay. 

The villa is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet and adjacent car parking. The nearest supermarket is some 500 metres from the villa.  

The villa is only a short walk to the Thursday market and town centre, plus a further 5-minute walk to the Old Town with its quaint Ottoman style shuttered buildings and cobbled streets, fabulous restaurants, shops, bars and harbour area. Due to the villa’s elevated location, you may prefer to take a taxi back. 

Ground Floor – Villa Mare Monte

The ground floor accommodation comprises a lounge, kitchen , and communal w.c. The lounge area has two large sofas, an armchair  and coffee table, and large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Glass sliding doors lead out from the lounge onto the pool terrace. There is also a cloakroom and WC on this level and you will also find the sauna on this level. The sauna is available for all guests but has additional charges for use.

The kitchen area contains a well-equipped kitchen, with a dining table for 6 people. A water cooler, fridge freezer, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee French press are also provided. 

First Floor – Villa Mare Monte

The first floor has one double and one twin en-suite bedroom. Both have air conditioning and a large shared balcony with table and chairs that has fabulous sea views overlooking Kalkan and the surrounding mountains.  

Top Floor – Villa Mare Monte

The top floor has a small kitchen area and  access to the villa’s roof terrace, which has far-reaching views and is furnished with a comfortable dining set for 4, 2 sun loungers and a beautiful large jacuzzi. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets over Snake & Mouse islands.

Bedroom 1 –Double en-suite bedroom with Rainforest shower, king size bed, wardrobe with full-length mirror, dressing table and stool. Shared sea view balcony with table and chairs. 

Bedroom 2 – Twin en-suite bedroom with Rainforest shower, two single beds, wardrobe with full-length mirror, dressing table and stool. Shared sea view balcony with table and chairs. 

Outdoors – Villa Mare Monte

Villa Mare Monte has a great outdoor space in the form of a large terrace and pool, with step ladder access. Pool dimensions (7 x 4m). The pool is some 7 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.6 metres, and for those guests looking for privacy it has a curtain system which can be open or shut according to our guests desires. 

Surrounding the pool are 4 sunbeds, side tables, a swing and 2  parasols. A dining area for 6 under a large shady pergola combined with an adjacent stone-built barbeque  provide an ideal setting for al fresco dining.
