Ground Floor – Villa Marie

Open the front door, and you are greeted with sunlight streaming from all glass, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors.  This fabulous open plan living, dining, and kitchen space is both roomy and comfortable.  The lounge area boasts an extra-large, super-comfy sofa, a large curved Smart television, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, a Bluetooth speaker, and superfast Wi-Fi (available throughout the villa).

The kitchen and dining area are a stylish, functional space. The kitchen is fully equipped with John Lewis appliances, a cold/hot drinking water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.  The dining area has a lovely, large table with 6 high-backed, comfortable chairs.

Leading out to the main terrace and large heated pool, this comfy outdoor/indoor living space houses a sofa, comfy chairs, and a coffee table.  This is a great place to relax, out of the sun, whilst the sunbeds and egg chair are full sun facing, looking out towards the olive groves and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

First Floor – Villa Marie

Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the first floor. The twin (2 x single beds) suite and a Queen-size suite, both with floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto private balconies with stunning sea and mountain views.

Second Floor – Villa Marie

The Penthouse suite has a queen-size bed and is located across the entire top floor. This luxury master bedroom suite is simply a wonderful space. With a mini-fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities, wake up in the morning and, from your oversized balcony, watch the sun rise over the mountains and the boats sailing in and out of the beautiful Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors – Villa Marie

The Villa offers great outdoor areas for both sun and shade seekers alike.
As you walk down the steps to the front door, you are greeted with a sumptuous seating area, shaded by trees. The garden is brimming with plants; feel free to pick some flowers or herbs for the table or for your salads or BBQs.

The side terrace and main terrace to the rear benefit from day-long sunshine.  This secluded area offers the perfect space to sunbathe and take a dip in your own private pool.
The pool is a good size at 12 metres long, with Roman steps on entry. Villa Marie has the added benefit of pool heating for the cooler months [at additional cost], as well as a very convenient poolside shower.  You will also find a gas BBQ on the side terrace.

There is an outdoor dining table positioned under a covered pergola for those wonderful alfresco meals.

Should you wish to hire a car, a private parking space is located at the front of the villa.

Security: For your security and peace of mind, the property also features a comprehensive, secure, and easy-to-operate alarm system and a safe for all your valuables.

In our opinion, this beautiful villa certainly has the wow factor, offering a luxury home-away-from-home experience.   Little extra touches, such as locally commissioned art in every room. John Lewis appliances, super-soft Turkish cotton towels in your room, and beach towels for your sunbed. A friendly (yet discreet) English-speaking Villa Manager is available should you need him.
A luxury welcome pack awaits you, and, where possible, certain items can be requested as additions, such as beer or wine.
