Villa Marie sits below the D400 overlooking the olive groves, and boasting spectacular panoramic views over the bay of Kalkan. It is a modern three bedroom villa, all with en-suite bathrooms, offering everything you need for a perfect holiday. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, very well stocked and includes IPTV installed on the smart TV with over 1000 channels. Furnished and designed to the highest possible standard with hand crafted beds, wardrobes and dressing tables. Each room has also been thoughtfully colour coordinated for style and impact.

Ground Floor – Villa Marie

The ground floor is the open plan living area consisting of the comfortably furnished lounge area with bags of room on the sofa, flat screen smart/internet TV, which also has over 1000 channels via the IPTV installed.  The Samsung sound system links to your Bluetooth device to play all your favourite tunes too. The lounge overlooks and leads out onto the poolside, with a dining table and chairs at the side of the villa, sun-loungers and comfy seating. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a dining table and chairs to seat 6, leading out onto the poolside terraces.

First Floor – Villa Marie

On the first floor is the twin en-suite bedroom, floor to ceiling windows that open out onto the balcony with sea views. Next door is a large double en-suite bedroom that also leads out onto a furnished balcony and sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Marie

The top floor of Villa Marie is dedicated to the luxury master bedroom and is simply wonderful. Wake up in the morning to see the sun coming over the mountains. With a mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom, make a brew, grab your sun cream and top up your tan on the 2 sun-loungers on the bedroom terrace.

Villa Marie also has a safe, alarm system, and comes with a luxury welcome pack.

Outside, the villa boasts a wonderful split level area. The upper level features a comfortable shaded seating area for relaxing, plus 4 sunloungers positioned by the pool. The private infinity pool is a good size at 12mtrs long, with Roman steps entry. Villa Marie has the added benefit of pool heating for the cooler months [at additional cost], as well as a very convenient pool-side shower.

There is an outdoor dining table and chairs positioned under a covered pergola for those wonderful alfresco meals.
