Within easy walking distance of Kalkan centre with its many bars, shops and restaurants, as well as the quaint harbour and Old Town area. The villa is a popular choice for larger families or groups of friends.

Ground Floor – Villa Maris

The ground floor of Villa Maris has a spacious open plan lounge dining area with state of the art fully equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling doors and windows flood the area with natural light and ensures that even from the comfort of the corner style sofas in the living area, seated at the dining table or cooking at the at the kitchen island with gas hob, the beautiful views can be admired. The ground floor also has a twin en-suite bedroom with access to the pool terrace and a separate cloakroom.

First Floor – Villa Maris

The first floor has a second twin bedroom and one double bedroom. These both offer either two singles or one king size bed, a wardrobe, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and each have a furnished private balcony with views out over the bay.

The spacious master bedroom can also be found on this floor. This bedroom features sea views from both its En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and main bedroom space which is complete with a king size bed, wardrobe, large dressing area and furnished private balcony.

Top Floor – Villa Maris

The fifth en-suite bedroom is located on the top floor and has its own private terrace with sunbeds. Also on this floor is a separate terrace where the guests can soak up the rays of the late afternoon sun.

The wooden flooring at Villa Maris surrounds the infinity pool and raised jacuzzi with amazing views across the bay. The pool has a shallow and deep end, the terrace is furnished with luxury sun loungers, parasols, swing set, comfortable seating group and Al-Fresco dining set to seat 6.
