The villa entrance is approached by a flight of external steps from the roadside. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with direct access to the pool terrace through large sliding glass doors. The fully equipped American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, pots, pans, and glassware. The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa set, TV/DVD unit, coffee table, and air-conditioning. This level is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, with direct access to the private pool, terrace, and garden.

First Floor – Villa Mavna

The first floor comprises three ensuite bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The two double bedrooms open onto private sea-view balconies and are furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and air-conditioning. Both offer stunning views of Kalkan Bay. The twin bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning but does not have a sea view. This layout provides well-planned accommodation for families or groups wanting comfortable and private bedrooms on the same level.

Second Floor / Roof Level – Villa Mavna

The top floor hosts the master bedroom, offering a luxurious and private retreat. This room features a double bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, wardrobe, and dresser. It opens onto a large furnished private terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan Bay and the surrounding landscape, creating an exceptional setting for peaceful relaxation, sunbathing, or enjoying the sunset.

Outdoors – Villa Mavna

The outdoor area of Villa Mavna is designed for comfort, privacy, and enjoyment of the surrounding scenery. The exceptionally large infinity pool—measuring 14 × 5 metres with a depth of 1.55 metres—can be heated for an additional charge, making it perfect for cooler months. The pool terrace includes sun-loungers, parasols, a shaded seating area, an al-fresco dining space, a BBQ, and a private garden surrounded by olive trees. This well-designed outdoor area is ideal for relaxing days by the pool and long summer evenings overlooking Kalkan Bay.
