Set over 3 floors the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests. It has splendid sea views over kalkan Bay from all bedrooms, and from the good-sized pool terrace which has everything you need for alfresco living and dining. The villa is an easy distance to the Thursday market and town centre, plus a further 5-minute walk to the Old Town Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

Ground Floor – Villa Melisa 1

The open plan living area is a good size easily accommodating 6 guests comfortably. There is a well-equipped kitchen with built-in oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, water cooler with dining table and chairs. The lounge area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, smart TV and TV unit. The lounge opens out onto the pool terrace and overlooks the pool and garden.

There is also a guest WC on this level.

First Floor – Villa Melisa 1

The first floor has two equal size en-suite bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both have air- conditioning and a balcony with table and chairs with lovely sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Melisa 1

The top floor has the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room with picture window which maximises the panoramic Kalkan turquoise sea views. It has access to the villa’s generous sized roof terrace, which has far-reaching views and is furnished with a table and chairs. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets.

There is a utility room off the bedroom which houses the ironing board and iron.

Villa Melisa has great outdoor space in the form of a wraparound terrace with landscaped gardens and pretty planting surrounding this Kalkan villa. The pool area has wonderful sea views and a 3 x 7m pool (1.55m deep) with ladder steps, plus a shallow area children’s pool with roman walk-in steps, and an outdoor shower. Surrounding the pool are 6 sunbeds, side tables, and parasols and there is a shady dining area with built-in bbq for alfresco dining.
