Ground Floor – Villa Mercan

On entering the ground floor area, you will find beautifully laid out open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, flooded with light from the floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows and glass doors.

The décor is neutral and classic in design, with the living area having a selection of sofa seating, smart TV, coffee table and occasional chairs. The large windows offer a view out over the pool terrace and panoramic views.

There is a dining table and chairs big enough to seat 8 and this is adjacent to the fitted kitchen which offers all the amenities you would expect including oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Turkish coffee machine and microwave. The dining and kitchen area has floor to ceiling windows and doors, leading straight out onto the pool terrace.

Finishing the ground floor is the first of the double bedrooms, with an adjacent shower/WC cloakroom. Like the rest of this floor, this bedroom leads directly onto the pool terrace.

A marble staircase leads to the first-floor where there are 3 bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin room.

Outside – Villa Villa Mercan

The outside areas of Villa Mercan are particularly spacious, starting with the large private pool (10 x 4 metres, depth 1.5 metres) which has superb sea views, six sunbeds, and two parasols. The pool has roman walk-in steps (no handrail). Adjacent to the pool there is a comfortable seating group and a separate jacuzzi / children’s pool 2.5 x 2.5 metres and 40 cm deep. At the side of the villa there is a shaded alfresco dining area, with table and chairs for 8, BBQ, and access to the rear garden area. The pool shower is also in this area. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely quiet shady escape area from other guests for a spot of reading or just chilling out.
