Conveniently located in the popular area of Kalamar, set over 3 floors the villa comfortably accommodates up to six people and is only a 5 minute walk from the sea, beach club and deep sea diving centre. The lovely village of Kalkan, with its cobbled streets, whitewashed, shuttered Ottoman buildings, many excellent Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops, and picturesque harbour is approximately 20 minutes uphill walk from the villa (and less than 5 minutes by car or taxi).

The ground floor has a semi open plan kitchen/ living area and separate bathroom with wc. shower and wash hand basin. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, an armchair, satellite, LCD TV, air conditioner, coffee table and a open fireplace. Doors from here lead directly out to the pool terrace.

The kitchen area is bright and modern, fully furnished with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, filtre coffee machine,toaster and dining table with chairs to seat 6.

The first floor has one double and one twin bedrooms both have en-suite shower rooms, air conditioning and juliette balconies that have sea views.

The top floor is home to the master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The room opens out to a good sized sea view roof terrace two chairs and table, perfect place to relax in the evenings and admire the spectacular sunsets

With its large walled garden Villa Miko has both a sunny pool terrace and a shady comfortable seating area. 6 sun loungers provide ample sunbathing opportunities around the private swimming pool (9 x 4 metres, depth 1.6 metres). For al fresco dining there is a dining table for 6 located under a shady pergola.
