Villa Nana is luxurious getaway villa for two that is located in Kalkan’s popular Komurluk district. Being only a few minutes’ walk from several of the town’s beach clubs, and a short walk to the Old Town and harbour area, this villa has an unrivalled location.

The property itself has been designed in a contemporary studio style and is meticulously furnished with only the best quality fixtures and fittings. With the options of underfloor and/or pool heating it provides an all year round secluded romantic property.

Indoors – Villa Nana

The accommodation comprises of an open plan living, sleeping, dining, and kitchen area, all on the one level, with floor to ceiling glass doors leading directly to the pool terrace. 

The well-equipped modern kitchen has a breakfast bar/dining area that is adjacent to the living area with its comfy L-shaped sofas and 50-inch flat screen tv. 

Folding screens are used tı divide the living and sleeping areas, both of which have full-length glazing to maximize the views out to sea and the harbour beyond. 

The sleeping area has a king-size bed, a luxurious free-standing bathtub, and has an adjacent walk-in wardrobe and bathroom. 

Additionally, there is a separate utility room with a washer/dryer and ironing equipment available to guests. 

Outdoors – Villa Nana

 The villa’s pool terrace enjoys sunshine all day long and again is furnished in a minimalist contemporary style. There are two sun loungers, a large parasol and a seating group comprising of a table with four comfortable chairs under a shady pergola. A space ideal for discreet sunbathing during the day and soaking up views of the Old Town by night. 

The pool is some 7 x 3.5 metres in dimensions, has a depth of 1.55 metre, and is accessed by a ladder. Pool heating is available for an extra charge in the cooler months of the season.  Please ask for more detais.
