Villa Naz with heated pool, provides everything to ensure the perfect holiday for up to 10 guests in this stylish villa in Kalamar Bay. Set over 4 floors the villa has, 4 doubles and 1 twin and a games room equipped with all the must haves such as: air hockey, table football and dart board. The famous views of Kalamar bay are optimised from all angles of the villa through the full height glass windows and doors. A new sauna has been added for guests to enjoy in 2024 !

The very popular Kalamar Bay beach club is a leisurely 5 minute walk away. The villa is approximately a 25 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan and taxis are plentiful if you don’t fancy the walk back. However, over the years the Kalamar road now caters for visitors staying in this part of Kalkan with many restaurants and supermarkets a lot closer.

Lower ground floor – Villa Naz

Bedroom 1: en-suite double, fully furnished with outdoor access through sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 2: en-suite double, fully furnished with outdoor access through sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 3: fully furnished it is set up as a twin but can be configured as a double bedroom upon request. No en-suite facilities, but there is a shower room / WC across the hallway.

The games room is also located on this floor along with a furnished terrace with stairs to the ground floor and pool area. This is where you will also find a washing machine and for additional comfort and convenience, Villa Naz has air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout. Your security is also catered to with the provision of a safe and the villa is alarmed.

Ground floor – Villa Naz

An open plan living, kitchen and dining area has the benefit of floor to ceiling glass frontage making the most of the views and leads out to the pool terrace area. The living area consists of comfortable seating, large screen television and media centre.

As you would expect from a villa of this quality the kitchen is well equipped with appliances including: oven, hob, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar which can open to a dining table.

First floor – Villa Naz

Bedroom 4: This floor is dedicated to the master suite which has an en-suite shower room and WC. Fully furnished, it also has a jacuzzi bath within the room and amazing sew views.

Second Floor – Villa Naz

Bedroom 5: An en-suite double bedroom fully furnished with the addition of a freestanding bathtub within the room. As this bedroom is set into eaves there is some height restrictions.
There is direct access to the roof terrace with sun loungers and a comfortable seating area. The panoramic views from the terrace make this a perfect place to watch the sun go down.

Outside – Villa Naz

The infinity pool, with a jacuzzi jet area, measures approximately 9m x 4m and 1.6m deep is surrounded by comfy sun loungers. (Pool heating on request – extra charge applies) There is a BBQ area and for the more energetic there is table tennis under a covered pergola at the side of the villa.

Completing the outside space is a dining table under another pergola covered area perfect for al fresco dining and making the most of the stunning sea views.

Please note that while the Villa does sleep 10 the owner feels it is better suited to 8 guests or 8 plus 2 children so there is enough space around the pool terrace.
