Villa Nazlı A is a charming 2-bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers sweeping panoramic views of the sea, stretching across the picturesque Kalkan Bay towards the Old Town. Nestled in the desirable Kisla district, this villa is part of a trio of similar villas situated in close proximity to one another. If available, these villas can be booked together to accommodate larger groups. The villa features a private heated small pool, as well as a larger pool and terrace. Whilst it is a reasonably level 15-20 minutes walk into the centre, we imagine most guests would benefit from the use of a vehicle during their stay or use the local taxi service. There is ample parking space onsite. 

Ground Floor Villa Nazli A

The ground floor encompasses an open plan living, kitchen, and dining area, along with a twin bedroom that shares a communal bathroom. The living area boasts a sea view lounge area, complete with a comfortable 3-piece sofa and chair set, LCD TV and satellite receiver. The room also features a dining table, shoe rack, air conditioner, coffee table, and provides direct access to the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in cooker, oven, electric kettle and toaster. 

First Floor – Villa Nazli A 

Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom, which offers a double bed, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, make-up table, television, armchair, and an en-suite bathroom and a furnished sea view balcony. There is also direct access to a spacious furnished terrace balcony that overlooks the pool and presents breathtaking sea views.

Bedroom 1- Twin bedroom, shared communal shower room, two single beds, dressing table with chair, wardrobe and flat screen tv. Direct access through sliding glass doors to the pool terrace. 

Bedroom 2: Master bedroom, King size bed,  ensuite shower  room, dressing table with chair, wardrobe with full-length mirror and flat screen tv. Sea view furnished balcony. 

Outdoors at Villa Nazli A

The villa’s expansive pool area is a delightful retreat for relaxation and recreation. The main infinity edged pool is some 8 by 4 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.5 metres. Additionally, a separate small heated pool is available, measuring 3.65 by 2.40 metre , and with a depth of 1 metre. Sun loungers, umbrellas, swings, a barbecue, a dining table, and shaded seating adorn the pool terrace, providing ample space for sunbathing, outdoor meals, and leisurely moments.
