The villa is fully air-conditioned, has adjacent parking, and a wi-fi internet connection. The villa is some 2 km from the centre of Kalkan, but there are  restaurants and a grocers shop 750 metres away. Taxis are plentiful however for getting into the centre of Kalkan. Parking space for two vehicles is available adjacent to the entrance.

Ground Floor – Villa Neo

The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan modern kitchen / dining / lounge area which opens directly onto the pool terrace. The lounge includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, and a water dispenser. There is a dining table to seat 6.

First Floor – Villa Neo

On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and one double bedroom, both of which have luxury en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms share a balcony with magnificent sea views.

Second Floor – Villa Neo

The top floor is where the master bedroom is located. This impressive bedroom has a king size bed and its own large roof terrace with sun loungers and seating area. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay and the islands beyond.

Bedrooms – Villa Neo

Bedroom 1 – double en-suite room fully-furnished with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and a shared furnished sea view balcony.

Bedroom 2 – twin en-suite room fully furnished with two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, and a shared furnished sea view balcony.

Bedroom 3 – Master en-suite double with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Private sea view roof terrace with two sun loungers, two armchairs and a coffee table.

Outdoors – Villa Neo

The pool terrace itself is well-equipped for outdoor living, with 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols, a cabana providing shade, and a dining area for six with portable BBQ. The infinity pool is 7m x 3.5m and is 1.55m deep. There are limited sea views from the pool terrace.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge for cleaning of the villa, payable in cash on arrival. Please ask for the current charge.
