Villa Neon is a stylish 2 bedroom villa is located in the lower reaches of the rural village of Islamlar, approximately 6-7 km from the popular resort town of Kalkan. Decorated in a contemporary style, everything has been thought of to maximise guests enjoyment. 

The pool terrace is secluded from prying eyes due to its elevated position. There is also a curtain system to the pool for the use of guests wishing to feel completely private, be it for religious or other reasons. The photos show this in position,but it can be drawn back to enjoy the rural view if preferred.

The beautifully furnished accommodation is all one one level and comprises an open plan lounge /kitchen / dining area which merges seamlessly  onto the spacious pool terrace through the floor to ceiling, full villa width glass doors. 

There are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms . There is one double and one twin bedroom, which have direct access to the pool terrace. The double bedroom also has a magnificent jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. 

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is approximately 500 metres away from the nearest grocers shops and restaurant. We do however, highly recommend the use of a car in this location.

The villa’s living area comprises a spacious open -plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining area with full-length glazing to maximise views of the pool terrace and beyond. The lounge is furnished with two large sofas, a coffee table and large flat screen smart television. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances, including: oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, water dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There is a kitchen island with an integral dining area for four guests.    

The villa benefits from a Wi-Fi internet connection and air-conditioning throughout.

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom accessed from the lounge area, this large bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace, a large double bed, en-suite shower room with rainforest shower wardrobe with full-length mirror, flat-screen television, armchair, and luxurious double jacuzzi. 

Bedroom 2: Accessed from the lounge area, this bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite shower room with rainforest shower,wardrobe with full-length mirror,  dressing table, and also has direct access to the pool terrace.  

Outdoors – Villa Neon

The large infinity pool has  steps leading into it (no handrail) and is some 8 x 4 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. The pool & terrace looks out across the stunning, rural Islamlar valley. If preferred, it can be made completely private by means of the retractable curtain system.  

On the pool terrace there are four sun loungers  two of which are located within a shallow area of the pool, an alfresco dining area for 4 with adjacent brick-built BBQ, a comfortable seating area, swing  hammock and table football.
