The entrance floor to Villa Nova is approached by a pathway and up a flight of steps leading from the lower street level. The living/Kitchen area is open plan and well thought out. The sea view lounge area is light and airy with a large sofa and two armchairs,coffee table and large Smart TV.  Full-height sliding glazed doors maximise the magnificent sea views from the living area and lead out onto the pool terrace.The kitchen area is furnished in a sleek modern style incorporating state of the art appliances including a fridge freezer, built-in oven and microwave, hob, toaster and coffee machine. A kitchen island with integral breakfast bar and three bar stools completes the scene. There is also a more formal dining area for eight  table located within the living area.

Interconnected to the main living area is a large space to the rear of the ground floor. This space overlooks the rear garden and is equipped with an impressive billiards table,  sauna and Turkish bath adjacent to it.

The first of the four bedrooms is also located on this floor. It is a double en-suite with direct access to the pool terrace.

Outdoors – Villa Nova

The same stylish theme is carried out into the pool terrace at Villa Nova. Here there is a beautiful dining area for eight under a shady pergola and a comfortable seating group from which to enjoy the excellent sea views. The pool itself is some 8m x 4m in dimensions and has a depth of 1.45m. Three sun loungers are located within a shallow area of the pool and there are three more located to the rear of the seating group.
