Villa Old Town Arden Description

Villa Old Town Arden is in an elevated position from the road, a short flight of steps take you to the entrance and pool level. Once inside the villa has open plan living on the ground floor, with the bedrooms occupying the first and upper floors.  The top bedroom has a partially furnished sea view terrace, while the other bedrooms have furnished balconies.

The lounge is comfortable with flatscreen TV, air-conditioned and the kitchen although small, has all modern appliances and is fully equipped for your cooking needs including microwave, water cooler and dishwasher. There is also a WC utility room on the ground floor.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2: A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 3: Twin Beds (can be made into a double if requested), bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 4: Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 5: Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Outside

From the lounge area steps outside through the floor to ceiling doors onto the poolside terrace. The pool has walk-in Roman steps, plus there is a children’s pool. On the pool terraces are sunbeds and parasols, plus there is a seating area, dining table and BBQ for al-fresco dining in the sun.
