Villa Phi is a luxurious contemporary 3-bedroom villa, accommodating 6 guests and is in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. The villa is finished to a high standard throughout boasting wonderful views over Kalkan Bay from the private pool terrace and the roof terrace. Villa Phi also benefits from a gym, sauna, cinema room and indoor heated swimming pool.

Ground Floor – Villa Phi

Steps lead up to the villa and the entrance expands into an open plan living area with floor to ceiling doors allowing natural sunlight to fill the villa. The sleek well-equipped kitchen contains an integrated electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, water cooler, kettle and toaster, and features an integral island with 3 bar stools, as well as a circular dining table seating 6 guests.

The lounge has a large stylish L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV as well as a Bluetooth sound bar, with large sliding doors onto the pool terrace with panoramic sea views.

On this level there is a guest WC and a cupboard with a safe and storage for suitcases. The villa also benefits from wi-fi and air-conditioning throughout.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Phi

For those who like to exercise this floor features an air-conditioned gym with TV, treadmill, bike and pilates mats and balls. There is also a sauna, shower room and WC. It has the additional luxury of an indoor pool which can be heated and is furnished with 3 sun loungers, and there is access to a balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

After all that exercise why not chill out in the cinema room, filled with comfy chairs and cushions this room features a large screen and another Bluetooth sound bar. There is a kitchenette just across the hallway with sink, fridge and 2 bar stools, plus popcorn and candy floss making machines to complete the cinema experience!

First Floor – Villa Phi

Stairs leads up to the first floor where you will find two en-suite bedrooms. The first is the master with its own dressing area, twin basins in the en-suite, and a Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom itself to soak up those amazing sea views. There is also a balcony with a swing seat, 2 chairs and a table with wonderful views over Kalkan harbour.

The twin en-suite bedroom next door can made into a double on request and has a built-in chaise lounge, and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the fantastic sea and mountain views.

Also on this level is a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Second Floor – Villa Phi

Stairs leads up to the second floor where the final double bedroom with open en-suite can be found. The room has a freestanding bath within the room with picture window. Sliding doors lead out onto a roof terrace which features a wooden pergola with integral mattress and a further seating area on a wooden platform. There is a fridge and small bar with 2 stools, perfect for enjoying a sundowner and watching the Kalkan sunsets across the bay.

Outside – Villa Phi

The generously proportioned ground floor terrace has an infinity pool with integral jacuzzi and steps leading into the water. The pool also has a shallow area with 4 stylish sculpted sun loungers and 2 table sets within the pool, perfect for sunbathing whilst keeping cool and sipping a cocktail. Beyond this there is a wooden platform with a double mattress for poolside bathing.

Over on the other side of the terrace under a covered pergola is a comfortable seating area to enjoy the fabulous sea views, and a built in bbq with dining table and 6 chairs for eating al-fresco. The bbq area also has a handy sink and preparation area.

The lush garden at the rear of Villa Phi provides a shady retreat looking for those wishing to escape the sun, and there is also an outdoor shower and swing seat chair to curl up in.

There is covered private parking for 1 car at the entrance to the property.
