Villa Reis is a charming two bedroom villa situated in the Kordere area of Kalkan, set on a hillside overlooking Kalkan’s bay and surrounding mountains. The villa offers breathtaking sea views and features a discreetly hidden pool, making it an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and those seeking complete privacy, whether for religious or personal reasons.

The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests across two floors. The villa offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and adjacent parking. The nearest grocery shop is approximately 1 km away, so guests staying here may find it convenient to have access to a vehicle or use the local taxi service.

Ground Floor – Villa Reis

A short flight of steps from the private parking area leads down to the rear garden and the villa’s entrance. The open plan living area is full of natural light, and a good size easily accommodating 4 guests comfortably. There is a modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, with dining table and 4 chairs for indoor dining. The lounge area is tastefully decorated and has an L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table and wall mounted TV. The lounge opens out onto the pool terrace and overlooks the pool with good sea views.

There is also a guest WC on this level, as well as Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

The first of the two bedrooms is an ensuite twin with direct access to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors.

First Floor – Villa Reis

Moving up to the first floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a luxurious double jacuzzi. Guests can relax and soak up the panoramic views of Kalkan Bay from this vantage point. The first floor also features a spacious furnished  terrace for the enjoyment of all guests.

Bedroom 1- Twin en-suite with shower, single beds, wardrobe with full-length mirror, dressing table, air-conditioning,  plus direct access to the pool terrace through sliding full-height sliding glazed doors.

Bedroom 2 – Master double en-suite with shower, king sized bed, large jacuzzi bath with headrests, wardrobe with full length mirror, air-conditioning, furnished side terrace  with stunning sea views.

Outdoors – Villa Reis

A lovely outdoor space which feels very private, and full height sliding doors lead out from both the lounge and twin bedroom onto the pool terrace. With good sea views, this is one of the best areas of Kalkan from which to enjoy those breath-taking sunsets.

The infinity pool measures 8m x 4m (1.55m deep) with ladder steps and has an adjacent outdoor shower. Located around the pool are 4 sunbeds, side tables, bucket style double chair swing, plus a comfortable seating set, all from which guests can take in the wonderful views.There is also a shady dining area with built-in BBQ for alfresco dining

In our opinion a car is essential for this location, or alternatively guests may use the local taxi service, Villa Reis is a modern villa and suitable for anyone wanting privacy or to get away from it all.
