Two sets of sliding patio doors open directly onto the spacious pool terrace, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor living.

A welcome addition for 2026 is the fourth bedroom, conveniently situated on the ground floor. This comfortable double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, providing a useful option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The first floor offers two generously sized bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies overlooking the swimming pool and gardens.

Bedroom 3: A comfortable twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and private balcony.

Both bedrooms are light and airy, providing peaceful spaces to unwind after a day exploring Kalkan.

Second Floor

The second floor is home to a lovely king-size bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath.

This bedroom opens directly onto the furnished roof terrace, where guests can enjoy beautiful views across Kalkan Bay and the surrounding landscape.

The roof terrace provides a particularly inviting spot for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing with a book or watching the changing colours of the Mediterranean as the sun begins to set.

Outside

One of Villa Rose’s most appealing features is its wonderful outdoor space.

Surrounded by mature, beautifully landscaped gardens filled with colourful flowers, shrubs and fruit trees, the villa offers a peaceful and private setting for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine.

At the centre of the terrace is the generous south-facing private swimming pool, measuring approximately 6.5m x 4.5m, with a depth of 1.7m. Sweeping corner steps provide convenient access to the water, while the sunny position makes the pool terrace an inviting place to spend lazy summer days.

Eight sun loungers are provided for relaxing beside the pool, while the surrounding gardens and shaded areas offer welcome respite from the midday sun.

Location – Ortaalan, Kalkan

Villa Rose enjoys an excellent location in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, conveniently situated below the D400 and within easy walking distance of the town’s many attractions.

A supermarket, cafés and Kalkan’s popular Thursday market are approximately a five-minute walk away, making it easy to pick up fresh local produce and everyday essentials.

Continue towards the town centre and you’ll discover Kalkan’s charming cobbled streets, independent boutiques, rooftop restaurants and picturesque harbour, all within approximately 10 minutes’ walk of the villa.

The harbour and Old Town offer a wonderful choice of restaurants serving everything from traditional Turkish dishes to international cuisine, many with beautiful views across the bay.

Kalkan’s public beach, beach clubs and waterfront restaurants are also easily accessible from the town centre.

For guests who prefer not to hire a car, Villa Rose is particularly well situated. Although Kalkan is a hillside town and some routes involve slopes, the villa’s central location makes exploring on foot a convenient option, with taxis readily available when needed.
