Villa Royal 2 is a contemporary 3 bedroom villa located centrally in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan offering panoramic views of Kalkan town, the surrounding mountains and Kalkan Bay. Next door is its sister villa, Villa Royal 1, identical in style and layout and both villas can be rented together, if available, for large groups.

The villas’ lovely location provides privacy but also easy access into Kalkan Town which is only a 12 minute walk away. The nearest supermarket is a mere 5 minute stroll.

On the ground floor is a lovely open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge area has ample modern seating and a wall-mounted flat screen TV, while the modern kitchen is well equipped and features fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining table and chairs which seats 6 people.
A guest cloakroom is on the ground floor just off the lounge area.

First Floor – Villa Royal 2

The first floor features 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms and have their own stunning balconies offering wonderful far reaching views.

Second Floor – Villa Royal 2

The second floor houses a double bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom. It also has its own beautiful balcony with fantastic views.

Each villa has a spacious pool terrace with an infinity edged swimming pool (pool dimensions are 9m x 4m, depth 1.55m). The pool area is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. There is a lovely dining area catering for 6 people and a BBQ. To the side of the villa is a beautiful shaded area with comfortable seating, perfect for chilling. For your comfort, each villa has an electronic awning that can be used to provide shade.
