Villa Royal Life is a modern, bright, six-bedroom home with breath-taking sea views from its elevated vantage point. The spacious outside patio is imaginatively designed with many spaces where the entire group can unwind, swim, bbq, and eat outside. The top terrace is a perfect place to relax with a sundowner and take in the views as Kalkan Bay lights up in the evening. Local beach clubs, bars, shops, and restaurants are nearby at Kalamar Bay, while Kalkan’s Old Town, beach, and harbour are accessible by short taxi rides, (or a 15–20-minute walk downhill).  

Villa Royal Life’s accommodation is spread over four floors and offers complimentary wi-fi internet and air-conditioning throughout.

This floor is accessed by a flight of external stairs leading down from the pool terrace and is occupied by one double and one twin bedroom. Both have en-suite shower rooms and share a furnished sea view terrace.  Please note, the twin bedroom has a clothes rail not wardrobe.

Ground Floor  – Villa Royal Life

The spacious, double-height open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen/dining area and lounge area stylishly decorated in neutral tones with earth coloured accents in the soft furnishings. Modern white and chrome design in the L-shaped kitchen with its adjacent dining area containing a large  wooden table, oatmeal  cushioned seats, and an overhead light, provide a superlative setting for guests to display their culinary talents.  This space opens up to the pool terrace via wall to wall sliding doors.  The kitchen includes all the mod cons you would expect in a villa of this level, oven, hob (on a central island), microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric grill, toaster and water cooler. 

A plush L-shaped  sofa, armchair, and a coffee table at the far end of the open space is ideal for watching TV or unwinding with a book. Floor-to-ceiling glazing open up the living area to the pool and wide terraces beyond whilst maximising the sea views from inside the space.  

There is a communal cloakroom and w.c. on this floor.  

One double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on this floor and has direct access to the pool terrace by means of glazed sliding doors. 

The ground floor is connected to the upper floors by a stylish open tread staircase.

Outdoors  – Villa Royal Life

The spectacular focal point of Royal life’s spacious outdoor area is an impressive infinity pool that measures around 15.5m by 3.5m and has a depth of 1.55m. A shallow area with three pairs of sun loungers runs the length of the pool and 2 more on the pool terrace itself.  Two large double swing chairs,  a shady comfortable seating area and a modern cabana style lounging area provide ample opportunities for guests to relax and /or sunbathe. Under a covered pergola there is an outdoor dining table set for those evening dinners with a view of Kalkan’s sparkling lights.
