The villa is accessed via a flight of steps from the roadside parking area. The fourth bedroom is also located at this level and is accessed from the patio area beside the villa’s entrance.

The first floor comprises two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom, all with luxury en-suite bathrooms. Two of these rooms have balconies that provide magnificent sea views. Each room is fully air-conditioned and designed with contemporary furnishings, creating comfortable and private retreats for guests.

The master bedroom is located on the top floor, featuring a king-size bed, a luxurious Jacuzzi, and direct access to a large roof terrace. The terrace is furnished with sun-loungers and a seating area, from which guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of Kalamar Bay and the islands beyond. Outdoors – Villa Ruzgar

Villa Ruzgar’s outdoor space is designed for relaxation and comfort. The infinity pool, measuring 9.5 × 4 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, is surrounded by sun-loungers and parasols. A shaded seating area and dining zone with a built-in BBQ make the space ideal for al-fresco meals and relaxed gatherings with views of the sea and hills. The roof terrace from the master bedroom adds an additional private outdoor area, ideal for sunbathing or evening drinks with panoramic views of Kalamar Bay and the islands.

The villa also features adjacent parking, Wi-Fi internet, and full air-conditioning throughout. While Kalkan’s hilly terrain makes walking into the town centre challenging, there are several restaurants nearby and a grocery shop just 750 metres away. Many guests prefer to rent a vehicle or use local taxis for convenience.
