Villa Seas the Day has lovely sea views across Kalkan from all levels, and is around a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan. The nearest shops and supermarkets are close by and within walking distance, or a taxi would take a few minutes.

Ground Floor – Villa Seas the Day

Upon entering the villa, the ground floor is open-plan with the furnished lounge, modern kitchen and dining area.

The villa is popular due to it having a ground floor twin-ensuite bedroom opening onto the terraces and garden. This is particularly suitable for anyone who finds stairs a challenge.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen, incorporates the usual appliances including a water cooler, microwave, large fridge-freezer, oven, island with hob and breakfast bar. There is also a table to seat 6 inside.

The lounge is

The lounge is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, microwave, kettle, water cooler, and all necessary utensils. The kitchen also includes an island unit with integral hob / breakfast bar with 2 bar stools, and an adjacent round dining table that seats six.  Sliding glass doors lead to the shaded outdoor seating and dining area.

The ground floor also features the first bedroom, a twin room with an en-suite shower room. This room has garden views, has direct access to the villa’s garden and pool terrace.

The first floor contains two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms offer beautiful sea views and share a balcony, furnished with a round table and two wooden chairs, perfect for enjoying the scenery.

The first double bedroom, located to the right of the stairs, includes bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and a jacuzzi bath.

The second double bedroom, located to the left of the stairs, is similarly equipped with bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Second/Top Floor – Villa Seas the Day

The top floor contains a laundry area, which includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. It also features a terrace with an L-shaped seating arrangement, ideal for enjoying the spectacular sea views.

Outdoors – Villa Seas the day

The ground-floor terrace offers a generous space for relaxation, reading,  enjoying drinks and outdoor dining, located under a shady roofed area running the full length of the villa. Here there is a comfortable rattan seating area , additional shaded outdoor seating, an al-fresco dining table for six and a BBQ nearby. Beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from everywhere on this terrace.

The pool terrace landscaping incorporates a series of three tiers to take maximum advantage of the sea views. The lower area includes a generous-sized  private swimming pool (10 x 4 metres,1.5 metres deep), with ladder access. Six mesh-type sun loungers and side tables and are located on the middle level as is an outdoor pool shower, and the seating / dining area overlooks the pool out towards Kalkan Bay and beyond.
