Ground floor – Villa Seascape

Designed for open plan living this stylish space has everything you would expect from a villa of this standard. At one end you have the living area with a large television and media centre, a large L shaped sofa strategically placed so that it separates it from the dining and kitchen areas. Guests can further enjoy comfort and convenience with complimentary wi-fi and air-conditioning throughout.

In the middle of the large space is a dining table with place settings for 8 guests. Adjacent to this you have a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances including: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a breakfast bar. From here a glass door gives you access to the pool terrace. Off the kitchen area is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor there is also a very useful double bedroom, fully furnished and with en-suite shower room.

First floor – Villa Seascape

This floor consists of 3 good sized double bedrooms, laid out as follows:

Bedroom 1: Master double room fully furnished with wall mounted television. A contemporary en suite bathroom with a double shower, double washbasins, a jacuzzi bath and a sea view balcony.

Bedroom 2: double room fully furnished with wall mounted television, and en suite bathroom and a sea view balcony.

Bedroom 3: twin room double room fully furnished with wall mounted television and sea view balcony.

Outside – Villa Seascape

Dominated by a large infinity pool with views across the bay it also incorporates a jacuzzi. The pool measures approximately 9.5 metres x 3.5 metres and 1.7 metres deep. There are plenty of cushioned sun loungers and additional seating as well as a covered seating area for al fresco dining.
