The villa is within easy reach of Kalkan’s old town and harbour area, with its cobbled streets, welcoming atmosphere, tourist shopping and many bars and restaurants. Just a leisurely 10-15-minute walk away or why not take the sea route, there are several nearby beach clubs providing a regular water taxi service that takes you across to the harbour itself.

The ground floor consists of an open-plan living space and kitchen diner. 

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and water cooler. The dining table can seat 8 guests and sliding glass panel doors give direct access to the pool terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, armchairs and a smart TV which allows guests to log on to Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc with their own account details

On this floor are two double bedrooms both are en suite and share a fabulous sea view balcony furnished with comfy cushioned sofa/chairs and table

On this floor the other two bedrooms consist of one double and one twin room both en suite. The single beds can be put together on request to form a double bed. Bedrooms on this level also share a fabulous sea view balcony furnished with comfy cushioned sofa/chairs and table

A great feature to Serendipity is this wonderful space equipped with kitchenette that includes fridge, sink and dishwasher, from which you can enjoy the stunning panoramic sea views across Kalkan Bay while enjoying your favourite chilled tipple

At the villa entrance there is private parking for one car. A flight of stairs leads down to the villa entrance and a shady courtyard area with seating
